2. Eligibility Requirements

To become a Jagamart affiliate, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older.

• Have a valid email address and payment method (e.g., bank transfer, UPI).

• Have a platform or channel (such as a website, blog, or social media page) to promote Jagamart products.

3. Account Registration & Approval

• To get started, sign up via the affiliate registration form on our website.

• Once you submit your application, Jagamart will review it. We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our discretion.

4. Affiliate Link & Promotion

• Upon approval, you will receive a unique affiliate link that tracks your sales.

• You can promote our products on your website, blog, social media, or any other platform you own.

• Please use the provided promotional materials (such as banners and product links). You are not allowed to modify these materials without prior approval.

5. Commission Structure

• Earnings: Affiliates will earn a fixed percentage of the sale price for each confirmed purchase made through their referral link.

• Commission Rates: Commission percentages are subject to periodic updates, which will be communicated to affiliates in advance.

6. Payment & Payouts

• Payout Frequency: Commissions are paid out on a monthly basis.

• Minimum Payout: A minimum of ₹500 in commissions is required for payouts.

• Payment Methods: Payments will be made via bank transfer or UPI.

• Transaction Fees: Any applicable taxes or payment processing fees will be deducted from the commission amount.

7. Prohibited Practices

To maintain the integrity of our program, we prohibit the following actions:

• Spam: Affiliates may not send unsolicited emails or messages to promote products.

• Misleading Ads: You may not make false or misleading claims about our products or services.

• Click Fraud: Using deceptive practices to generate artificial clicks or sales is prohibited.

• Unauthorized Use of Branding: Affiliates are not permitted to use Jagamart’s trademarks, logo, or branding without permission.

8. Order Validity & Commission Payment

• Valid Sales: Commissions are only paid for completed and non-returned sales.

• Returns & Cancellations: If a customer returns a product or cancels an order, the commission will be deducted from your payout.

9. Account Termination

Jagamart reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.

• Inactivity for more than 6 consecutive months.

• Engaging in unethical marketing practices or any form of fraudulent activity.

10. Program Modifications

Jagamart reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the affiliate program at any time, without prior notice. We will notify affiliates of any significant changes, including commission structure updates.

11. Limitation of Liability

Jagamart is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program, including loss of profits, revenue, or data.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any legal disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Chennai courts.
